Kent Miller helped my wife and I sell our house in Fort Salonga. After we had our house on the market for 6 months and at least 10 open houses and not a single offer, we pulled the listing from Laffey Real Estate. We then got bombarded by every agent in the area and then some. Being in sales and knowing a sales pitch when I hear one, I was very apprehensive in listing it the same way again.

Every agent that either mailed literature or came and knocked on our front door had the same BS line. We listed the house the first time as a favor to a good client of mine who said this person would give their best effort. All I can say is that when you list your house do it with a professional.
